Cwtch is an MIT Licensed protocol based on Tor that aims to provide decentralized and peer-to-peer, privacy preserving, end-to-end encrypted communications that are metadata resistant. They've developed their own cross-platform, MIT Licensed client written in Flutter using their protocol.
