Overview2fa's only purpose is to provide single-use codes known as one-time passwords. It is a two-factor authenticator, and the concept is nothing new. There are plenty of other authenticators and alternatives with more features but with worse security and privacy than ours. We built 2fa to take full advantage of your device's hardware security, along with the latest cryptographic standards, to keep your accounts safe. They are encrypted with AEGIS-256 and the key used is derived from hashing your passphrase with Argon2id. This method is used for both exports and internal storage, with the only difference being that internal storage takes an additional step by running the hash through HKDF using SHA3-512 with an additional random salt on every disk write.If you choose to use biometrics, the passphrase hash must be stored. It's encrypted using the Android Keystore with AES-GCM and StrongBox (when available). The result is saved in the no_backup folder, in a file named unlock_passphrase_hash.bin, meaning it won't be included in system backups or when transferring to a new device. Also, the biometric key can become invalid due to several reasons. If this happens, decrypting won't be possible, and you will have to enter your passphrase, after which you will be prompted to confirm biometrics in order to re-establish them.Translations2fa is already available in several languages, and we would love your help adding more or improving the existing ones. With ANOTHERpass you don't need to create and remember a long and complex master password! ANOTHERpass comes with a clever two factor authentication to unlock the vault. These factors are knowledge (a PIN chosen by you) and ownership (the generated master password as a physical token). Instead of remembering a long and complicated master password (or a too weak one!) you just remember the PIN and have your master password or token with you (as QR code or NFC tag). Additionally, for more convenience, you can safely store it on your device using biometrics (e.g. fingerprint). ANOTHERpass generates easy but strong passwords for you. It uses so called Pseudo Phrases by default which look like real words but are still very random and unpredictable. Password strength comes with its length (16 - 32 characters)! A Free and Open Source ad blocker for Android. The application is available for rooted and non-rooted devices. Using rooted device, the application update your system hosts file that contains a list of mappings between host names and IP addresses. Using non-rooted device, the application use the VPN feature to block outgoing connections to ads and trackers. So when an app requests an ad or a tracker from a host in that file, this request is redirected to the local IP 127.0.0.1, which does nothing. You can download predefined ads and blocker lists as hosts files from within the app to incorporate. It is also possible to use your own files and to add certain hosts to allowed and blocked lists. There are options to run a local web server to respond to blocked host names and to direct requests to the IP address of your choosing instead.

Aegis Authenticator is a free, secure and open source app to manage your 2-step verification tokens for your online services. Compatibility Aegis supports the HOTP and TOTP algorithms. These two algorithms are industry-standard and widely supported, making Aegis compatible with thousands of services. Any web service that supports Google Authenticator will also work with Aegis Authenticator. Encryption and biometric unlock All of your one-time passwords are stored in a vault. If you choose to set a password (highly recommended), the vault will be encrypted using strong cryptography. If someone with malicious intent gets a hold of the vault file, it’s impossible for them to retrieve the contents without knowing the password. Entering your password each time you need access to a one-time password can be cumbersome. Fortunately, you can also enable biometric unlock if your device has a biometrics sensor (i.e. fingerprint or face unlock). Organization Over time, you'll likely accumulate tens of entries in your vault. Aegis Authenticator has lots of organization options to make finding the one you need at a particular moment easier. Set a custom icon for an entry to make it easier to find. Search by account name or service name. Have a lot of one-time passwords? Add them to custom groups for easier access. Aer is a private local (+secondary) storage utility application for android. Do you worry about your private pictures or files appearing in other apps? That's where Aer private storage comes in. With AirGuard, you get the anti-stalking protection you deserve! The app scans your surroundings in the background to detect trackers like AirTags, Samsung SmartTags, or Google Find My Device trackers. If a tracker is following you, you will receive an instant notification. These trackers are often no larger than a coin and are unfortunately misused to secretly track people. Since each tracker works differently, you would typically need multiple apps to detect unwanted tracking. AirGuard combines the detection of various trackers into a single app – keeping you protected with ease. Once a tracker is detected, you can make it play a sound (for supported models) or perform a manual scan to locate it. If you find a tracker, we recommend disabling it to prevent further tracking of your location. The app stores location data exclusively on your device, allowing you to review where a tracker has followed you. Your personal data is never shared. If no trackers are found, the app runs silently in the background and won’t bother you. How does the app work? AirGuard uses Bluetooth to detect AirTags, Samsung SmartTags, and other trackers. All data is processed and stored locally on your device. If a tracker is detected in at least three different locations, you will receive a warning. AppVerifier BG verifies that installed Android apps match their expected signing certificate fingerprints. Compare an app's signing hash against shared text, an internal database synced from Privacy Guides, or your own user database. Hashes are checked for valid SHA-256 format — when verification fails, they're labeled "Expected" vs "Found" so you can tell which is which. Apps signed with debug certificates are flagged as insecure. .apks split APK containers are also accepted. App List Every installed user app shows status icons for internal database matches, user database entries, clipboard verification, and shared text matches at a glance. Sort by name, database status, debug builds, clipboard verified, or shared text — pick whichever you need from the dropdown, and it only shows modes with matching data. A filter chip hides everything except mismatches. The default sort order can be set in settings. Search by name or package name. Long-press an app with a user database entry or clipboard checkmark to remove it individually. Internal Database Built-in database of verified app hashes synced from privacyguides/verified-apps, updated with each build. The database download is verified against GitHub attestations before every build. Combined Database Status See internal and user database results side by side on the app list and verification screen. Entries can be removed individually by long-pressing the app in the list, or removed in batch from selection mode. Shared Text Share verification info for several apps at once. Multiple entries separated by blank lines are accepted on receive. Shared text with multiple entries filters the app list to show matching apps only, with icons indicating hash match status. Bulk-add all verified matches to your database from the filtered list. AppVerifier also handles ACTION_SEND and ACTION_VIEW intents so you can share text or APK files directly from other apps. Clipboard Verification Verify from clipboard with a single button on the startup screen. Successful clipboard verifications add a blue checkmark in the app list. The checkmark can be toggled on or off in settings and cleared separately. Individual checkmarks can be removed by long-pressing the app in the list. Share All Apps Share every installed app's verification info as text from the settings screen. Reproducible Builds Release builds use SOURCE_DATE_EPOCH and deterministic R8 so the same tag always produces the same APK. This is a fork of soupslurpr/AppVerifier with additional features.
