Receive live traffic news via Traffic Message Channel (TMC) Qz (pronounced “queues”) connects to an RDS/TMC receiver to receive live traffic messages. TMC is transmitted in the RDS data stream of various radio channels and provides live traffic information, helping you avoid congestions. For a list of countries in which this app can be used, see https://gitlab.com/mvglasow/qz/wikis/countries. In order to use this app, you will need a supported RDS/TMC receiver. The following devices are currently supported: * GNS FM9-BT (requires Bluetooth) * Silicon Labs Si4701/4703-based USB tuners (requires USB OTG support) If you are unable to pick up any traffic messages, despite having a supported device and being in an area which should be supported, check your antenna. Reception with pigtail antennas (a long piece of wire coming out of the receiver) is generally poor and insufficient for TMC. It is recommended to rely on your vehicle antenna, a building antenna or a somewhat decent room antenna. Qz will only work with unencrypted TMC services (as encrypted services require paying a per-device royalty). Also, some countries have chosen to require paying a royalty for access to their location tables (which Qz needs to decode TMC locations) and are therefore not supported. Simple and fast tool to get RGB channel and HEX values about a color. RGB Tool lets you find out all the colors you need in a very simple and quick way. It features RGB and HSB color models plus color transparency and it displays HEX value. You can take a picture with the camera or open an image stored on your device to get color information. It is also possible to extract image palette data of a picture. Save your preferred colors, so you can easily pick them later or whenever you need. When you have found your color, you can also print it in a PDF document or using a printer.

RHVoice is a free and open source speech synthesizer. Voices are built from recordings of natural speech. They have small footprints, because only statistical models are stored on users' computers. And though the voices lack the naturalness of the synthesizers which generate speech by combining segments of the recordings themselves, they are still very intelligible and resemble the speakers who recorded the source material. Supported languages: Initially, RHVoice could speak only Russian. Now it also supports American English, Brazilian Portuguese, Esperanto, Georgian, Ukrainian, Kyrgyz and Tatar. In theory, it is possible to implement support for other languages, if all the necessary resources can be found or created.

RKNHardering is an Android application that detects VPN and proxy usage on a device, implementing the Russian Federal Service for Supervision of Communications (RKN) methodology for identifying circumvention tools. Note: this app seems to be no longer maintained. RPi Camera Viewer plays a raw H.264 video stream from a Raspberry Pi camera.In a nutshell, when you start the program it scans the local network for cameras and shows you the resulting list. Tapping on one of the camera names displays the video from that camera.

RSAF is an Android document provider for the wonderful rclone. It allows any app that supports Android's Storage Access Framework (SAF) to access remote files via rclone's backends. You can deloy the RSSHub service on your own server or use the free service provided by the project author. What RSSAid does is simple: it is just a tool not a RSS reader, you input a link like https://www.reddit.com/r/Fedora/, then RSSAid can generate the RSS link according to RSSHub rules and base url (RSSHub service hostname).
